PDA ANNOUNCES OCTOBER CONFERENCE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Mission, Ks, July 8, 2022 – The PDA Board of Directors recently voted to move forward with the Renaissance Dallas North Hotel as the host property for the 2022 Annual Conference. The conference will begin on Monday, October 10 and will end on Wednesday, October 12.
The PDA annual conference is an in-person forum providing important professional education opportunities to individuals in the polyurea and coatings industries. This year training courses will begin at noon on Monday, October 9. Tuesday’s schedule begins with breakfast and then a hard hat tour of two member facilities for polyurea manufacturing and applications. On Wednesday, attendees can expect general sessions and case studies before the conference concludes at 1 p.m.

Beginning in 2000 the Polyurea Development Association (later shortened to PDA) was the trade association that represented polyurea technology. Its volunteers worked tirelessly to help explain, train and promote this amazing technology.
In the ensuing years, PDA has expanded its reach to include thick-film high performance elastomers as well as still being the leading voice of polyurea technology. By adding adjacent technologies like urethanes and hybrids that have similar uses, as well as related primers and topcoats, PDA has become a clearinghouse for applicators, formulators, raw material companies and others involved in our industry.
For more than a decade, PDA has strived to advance and promote the market for polyurea and polyurethane elastomeric technologies by leveraging the shared knowledge of our members.
PDA's mission is to focus on education and the correct application of polyurea product(s).
