MCC staff routinely participates in manufacturer’s training so that we are well versed in the proper installation and performance of the equipment and parts we distribute. In addition to receiving formal training, we’ve “been there and done that!” Each of us has years of experience in spraying and understanding how to apply our products.
We can tell you what to expect from your equipment and how to keep it performing at optimum levels. Our application knowledge is second to none.

MCC Training Days 2025
MCC Training Days offer an excellent opportunity for spray foam professionals to sharpen their skills and knowledge, with an emphasis on safety, equipment, and troubleshooting—all for free!
MCC Training Days Overview:
- Duration: 2-Day Sessions
- Dates: Scheduled through November 2025
- Cost: Free (reserve seat for $50 and receive $50 instore credit on class completion)
- Audience: Open to anyone in the spray foam industry, with some focus on polyurea.
- Registration: First come, first served (contact MCC directly for cancellations or extra room).

- Machine Introduction & Overview

The goal of these sessions is to cover everything from basic equipment understanding to troubleshooting, ensuring that participants leave with the skills and knowledge to spray more efficiently and safely.

Polyurea Applicator Level 1
March 6-8, 2023 (In-Person @MCC)
Get Polyurea Development Association Training with MCC!
Polyurea Concepts and Polyurea Applicator Level I
This course takes place at MCC Equipment & Service Center March 6 - 8, 2023. Class begins promptly at 8 a.m. each morning and will conclude around 5 p.m.
Polyurea Applicator Level I
The Level I course is a combination course of classroom and hands on spraying to achieve Applicator Qualification after the completion of a written exam. During this course you will learn about polyurea safety, application, equipment, troubleshooting, and applied testing. You will also understand the importance of substrate characterization, general surface prep, primer use and topcoat requirements. This highly recommended course is great for both new and experienced polyurea applicators, as the course is updated yearly as new standards, formulation developments and information becomes available. This is a 3-day course, run in combination with Polyurea Concepts.
Don't forget - Polyurea Development Association (PDA) members receive a discount on their registration fee!
The PDA Applicator Level I course is required to earn your PDA Qualified Applicator card.

If you are new to spraying polyurea, or have a new contractor working on your team, Polyurea Development Association (PDA) is offering its Introduction to Polyurea as a virtual webinar via Zoom. This hour long webinar will provide an in-depth look into topics of physical properties of polyurea, testing procedures, surface preparations, application procedures and techniques, and advances in and types of equipment. This webinar is free for PDA members and will cost $30 for non-members.
