Mobile Spray Rig Design & Construction

MCC can design and build your mobile spray rig complete with spray system, compressor, generator, and all tools and accessories. All you will need to do is add your required foam or coatings chemical materials, and you will be spraying!

MCC features Graco/Glascraft high quality foam and coatings dispense systems. The best systems on the market, these systems along with production-quality support equipment, will provide you with many profitable production hours.

MCC provides all of your production needs, including equipment service parts, component repair services, and comprehensive system and component training.



		MCC uses high quality Graco Reactor Proportioning Systems. Reactor Proportioners are available in a variety of dispense ranges from 20 to 52 lbs/min., either air, electric or hydraulic powered units. Units also feature a wide range of heater options.



Each Rig is fitted with a standard layout of durable, industrial-built cabinets and work benches per customer requirements. A complete set of purpose-selected tools are optional.

MCC Mobile Rigs can be fitted with an Environmental Control System. Each system features a high-output Heater, Thermostat-Control and heavy-duty Air Curtain. The Environmental Control System provides a more comfortable work area when doing repairs or service work at the benches and helps keep the material system (drums and hoses) warmer for quicker start-up.
